How to Make Money by BRANDING yourself with an IM Faceplate

Hi, today’s money making tip is about a new Social Branding docking station called IM Faceplate.
IM Faceplate allows you to display to the world, your Image, your Business, Social Network details, your Opt – In form, your Articles, your Videos, your Pictures, your profile, your Social Network activity, your Blog posts, all in one place.
In the same vein as Facebook & Twitter, you follow people and people follow you and become friends. Where I think IM faceplate is perhaps a lot different is in the fact that a simple “Faceplate” allows people to pretty much see everything about you on one page, and you can dictate in what order you want things to appear to your visitors.
For instance, you can show your Opt – In form first, then follow it with your blog posts, or articles Videos etc, etc. – you also have something called a “Spotlight” whereby you can “highlight” a particular video etc and draw attention to it by “Spotlighting” it.
Like Facebook, you can join “Groups”
The good thing being here, is that you have a relatively short URL, i.e http://www.imfaceplate/yourname and for the person you hand this url to, they can view your faceplate without having to Login or be a member, rather like an online visual Business card if you like.
You also receive “Facepoints” for your activity on IM Faceplate, the more Facepoints you have, the better exposure you get on IM Faceplate, you earn “Facepoints” for having people comment on your articles,or referring other people to IM Faceplate. You also have a popularity score, this increases, the more you interact with the system – and the top score you can get would be 100.
IM faceplate is completely free to join, you can upgrade to a paid Pro membership if you want, this will allow you earn more Facepoints, hence to become even more popular, but the standard FREE package has a lot going for it in my opinion.
You are interacting with like minded people, in similar marketing niches as yourself and I certainly would give this a big “thumbs up” for ease of joining, plus it’s potential to help market yourself and increase market awareness or your brand & product. It also seems very popular amongst other online marketers..

Get PAID to receive email & make Friends…with PEOPLESTRING

How would you like to join a completely free Social Networking site, get paid to invite friends & read emails ?
Well now you can, its called Peoplestring
So what exactly is PEOPLESTRING?
Peoplestring is a Social Networking site that GIVES BACK 70% of all its revenues to its members. Unlike most of the other Social Sites who make millions in advertising revenue, but give NOTHING back to their members.
People earn revenue on Peoplestring by inviting other “Friends” to join, exactly as you do on Facebook etc, but you are paid for each member you introduce (about $0.50) per person, you introduce through your own personal link. Now putting this in the same context as Facebook, if you have 3000 friends on Facebook – you would have earned a grand total of $0.00. If you had the same amount of friends on Peoplestring, you would have received $1500 for doing the same thing.
Now, it doesn’t stop there. You actually get paid a small percentage, on every friend THEY introduce who does something on Peoplestring.
It gets better than that though. You personally will also get paid for doing things on the site -i.e you can get paid for filling out surveys, opting in to receive email offers, plus you will also make a small percentage, every time someone YOU introduce, does something similar.
This really is a NO BRAINER! – their is no outlay at all from yourself, it is purely one way traffic… all directly to your BANK ACCOUNT..
You can link your Facebook & Twitter accounts to Peoplestring, you can invite people from your Facebook friends (although your limit is 5 invites from Facebook a day) – you can invite as many people you want, directly from your Yahoo, Gmail & Hotmail account lists.
I was a bit sceptical when I first joined as the overall feel of the Peoplestring platform is a bit Austere, but after negotiating around a bit, you soon find everything – self destructing email, Quick Cash facility for earning quick Money.., the chat rooms – games… etc, etc…
I would give this a big THUMBS UP.. you can make a lot of new friends on there just be hanging out in the CHAT… but also, you can build up a nice income.
Peoplestring is growing every day, the more people you invite, the more money you make – some people are earning several hundred dollars a month just out of Peoplestring. You would need to invite a lot of people into the string to do this though. But over time, you could make a very nice income from this.

How To Tweet Your Way To Twitter Success

Can you Tweet whilst you eat, or Twitter whilst, watching TV ? – YES!
These and many other questions are being asked by people who have yet to embrace the full force of the Twitter Phenomenon.
Twitter has millions & millions of members who tweet short messages to their followers.
These messages can be about the cat, the house or anything you choose.
And their is an army of willing listeners, called followers who can’t get enough of this tweeting CHIT CHAT….
So, how can you make money from all this ?
Well, if you have enough followers – you can broadcast your short sales messages to thousands of people who may or may not see your message at that particular time as not everyone is glued to a computer screen all day tuned in to Twitter.
What is the best time to send Tweets ?
If you are aiming at a global market, it doesn’t really matter what time you Tweet as when we are awake in the Evening in the UK, Australia is thinking of going to bed, the world never stops so you can tweet at all hours but your followers may get fed up eventually of all your tweets about the next big offer being sent 24hrs a day, and they may choose to stop following you.
You see, to get Twitter followers, you need to follow Twitter people. You choose the Niche you represent, and after opening an account with Twitter you key the relevant Keywords into the search box, let’s say Making Money – or Internet Marketing.
This will bring up lots people who are talking about Making Money or Internet Marketing, now check their following and their Bio. Do they appear to be a leader in this Niche ? If they do, start following their followers.
It can be a bit tedious this way and take a long time just to get a few followers, but you can do this simple task whilst watching Coronation Street LOL… It’s that easy..
But, why do thing’s the hard way ?
I use 2 pieces of software – Tweet Adder & Buzzom
Tweet Adder is totally automated. You go on to Twitter, – you find a leader in your niche, then you add his/hers Twitter username to Tweet Adder and it imports all that person’s followers to the Tweet Adder software, you can then set the software to automatically follow those people (up to Twitter’s daily limits).
You can also program the software to send a direct message to anyone who chooses to follow you. now, Tweet Adder isn’t cheap, it costs $55 but will save a ,huge amount of work.
Buzzom, doesn’t cost anything, but although it’s very much quicker than adding people manually, it isn’t automated. It is a great piece of software though, and has a more targeted approach than Tweet Adder.
You can sign in to Buzzom through your selected Twitter account, you are then able to add people to your following by first adding your Niche search terms, to the search box, this can be set to glean keywords from a person’s bio only, if you wish – so you may for instance seek people who are not only into Internet Marketing, but who also have this search term on their Bio.
Tip – Follow the leader’s following, if using Buzzom, you can easily see how many followers that person you choose ot follow has, the reason I mention this is because, if that person has 6,000 followers, are they really going to take the time and trouble to read your message ?
When using software like Buzzom, you can see how many followers a person ha, I would choose people with followers in their hundreds, rather than thousands as your Tweet has a better chance of being read. If someone has 6000 followers, the chance is they are probably not reading many tweets per day, if any.

FACEBOOK feeds my KIDS – How To ROCKET Your Business into Networking ORBIT!

Facebook, the PREMIERE social networking site has close to half a BILLION subscribers!
To put this in some kind of context, if FACEBOOK were a country, it would in the top 4 of the world’s highest populated countries.
The potential for networking customers to join your business is phenomenal. People from all over the globe join FACEBOOK to find – Friends, Inspiration, Knowledge, Love & Opportunities of all kinds. are People from all walks of life are joining everyday, and always will.
Do you not think your business could benefit from a presence on FACEBOOK ? – OF COURSE it would.
BUT, and it’s a big BUT, Facebook is not there for people to churn out SPAMMY sales messages to anyone who will listen.
Facebook is a social networking site – so NETWORK!
The Beauty of Facebook is, you can invite people to be your friends, you can show your photo’s & videos on your profile, you can show your websites and contact information. You can join groups related to your interests and you can attend the many Webinars offered by fellow members?
GREAT, you say – so how does this all help me ?
Well, my business is to provide content such as Keith’s Money Making Tips, but I also write articles and sell products online (no, this is not a plug for me).
How I use Facebook is as follows:
I create a Fan Page (yes, even Internet Marketers can have FAN PAGES) – you do this by logging in to your Facebook account – into the search bar at the top, type in “Create Facebook Fan Page” – now follow the instruction to create your very own FAN PAGE…
Now, why would you want a Fan Page ?, well ok, lets say you are running something like Keith’s Money Making Tips (no, this really isn’t a plug for me lol) – if you have a Fan Page, people who wouldn’t normally find you, nor know what you do, can find your Fan Page by searching “Money Making” or “Make Money” for instance, hence driving HOT PROSPECTS! to you Fan Page to read about your offers, your content etc etc…
So, to be a SAVVY Marketer or online business owner and to use the POWER of FACEBOOK, you definitely need a Fan Page.
Now, lets say, you have plenty of friends on Facebook and you are wondering what to do with all these friends…. you can have up to 5000 friends on any ONE ID.
The next stage is – you TALK to them – either by the facebook chat, or you could email, phone or SKYPE them, depending on the details they have allowed you to see on their profile.
Get to know people, after all it is called SOCIAL NETWORKING! – don’t just go for the JUGULAR and give them your pitch – be SUBTLE, be friendly – gets some chat going back and forth.
What I do is, once people accept my friend request (most will if you have a nice profile picture of yourself and you seem genuine enough) I write a nice message on their wall saying something like ” Thank you for adding me as a friend here on FACEBOOK, I look forward to getting to know you and to network with you.” I then sign it and discreetly add my link to my website underneath the message.
Now, this is a nice way of thanking the person and also it discreetly drops the link to your website or fan page onto that persons wall and can be seen by anyone visiting that person’s wall, hence increasing exposure to your link.
The next step for you is to make yourself some nice free videos (as explained in one of our previous tips) explaining the highlights of your products and to place them on your profile.. people who are viewing your profile can now see your videos and in particular if they are good and of obvious benefit to people, they may choose to share them with other people.
You may choose to share them with other people by sharing them on your own wall for all to see.
It is possible to TAG people in one or more of your videos, this means that your video will appear on the TAGGED friend/s profile and will be seen by his/her friends – please, though – before you do this, make sure that you have built up a relationship with that person, and if not quite sure, simply “ask them” if it’s OK.
REMEMBER, you can make some great contacts on FACEBOOK for the future, build rapport, build relationships – have fun, treat people with respect and offer MORE than what you are ASKING FOR – tell jokes, give great quotes, stories – photo’s, videos, etc, etc, then most people won’t mind listening to the occasional offer you have.
