I thought today I would share my 30 day strategy that I have used on every single one of my authority niche sites. I’ve also been teaching my friends this strategy and now 3 of them are full time Internet marketers. So, I know this works. There is no secret to any of this. It’s simple stuff.

The main thing you must realize before you read anymore is that it’s all about consistency. Search engine rankings, traffic generation, etc are all about consistency. In the beginning, if you want to see results sooner then later then you MUST do your required work everyday. If you follow the exact steps I am about to show you, then you will make money.

This is about traffic generation. If you want to make money from the traffic, then you better have some sort of sales funnel set up. Either create a product or be an affiliate. It doesn’t matter because you will make money either way. I like to start with an affiliate product in a niche until I have some good traffic coming, then I create a product. It’s a matter of how long it takes you to create the product, you can then just double/triple your income.

On to the guide.

Day 1
Write 7 Articles (have them automatically posted 1 a day using wordpress)
Create accounts for social media sites Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Foursquare (whatever else you like…I only use these)
Create 30 days of social media messages (5 messages per day)
Sign up to hootsuite.com and upload all 30 days of messages to be sent to those social media sites automatically.
Add 50-100 followers, friends, etc on all social media sites (from now on when I say SM duties, you know this is what I’m referring to)

Day 2
Record 7 Podcasts (just read what you wrote for the 7 articles the day before as material…this takes maybe 30 minutes)
SM (Social Media) duties
Find 5-10 popular forums in your niche…make accounts…pretty up accounts with info, pictures, links, etc.
Find 5-10 other bloggers in your niche and contact them about link swaps/guest post swaps

Day 3
Create 7 Videos (use the exact podcast recording with a screen capture of a slideshow for each video)
SM Duties

Day 4
Turn 7 articles into PDFs
SM Duties
Backlink Duties (From now on when I say BL duties you know it’s referring to the list below)
Post 1 article to directories (I use ArticleBot, manual submit to EZA and GoArticles, spin twice and post to Buzzle and iSnare)
5-10 relevant blog comments on related blogs
1-10 forum posts per forum you found
Submit 1 video with TubeMogul
Submit 1 podcasts to radio websites (I usually make an iTunes channel for each niche…there is a WSO on it somewhere I think)
submit 1 PDF to scribd
Optional : 5-10 backlinks from high PR sites (I used to use angela’s backlinks…but rarely do this anymore…it’s been unnecessary for results)
Social Bookmark everything with OnlyWire

Day 5
Write 3 press releases (1 about your website, 1 about something you are giving away, 1 about your product you’re selling)
BL (Backlink) duties
SM Duties

Day 6
Submit 1 press release to as many free or paid sources as you like
BL Duties

Find 5-10 sites to link swap or guest post
interact with people who have contacted you on SM sites

What this does is generate huge amounts of content quickly. It spreads it all across the web so there are so many ways to see your site it’s sickening.

After about 3 months, your content is going to be old enough for google to give it some love. You will start to see so many random visitors from keywords in your articles that you didn’t target it’s ridiculous.

The longest day is about 6 hours of work when you do it all yourself. Your going to average 3-4 hours. Outsource and you could average 20 minutes of work.

Now, the trick to getting big money from this is to perfect your sales funnel, article structure, keyword choice, squeeze page…pretty much your process. Even with a crappy system, you could see good money coming in.

I suggest as soon as you have enough money coming in to outsource. All of the above steps can be outsourced…every single one of them. I suggest making a screen capture video of the exact process you take of submitting and creating everything…then you have something to send your outsourcers and you know they will get it right the first time.

I like to add doing a once a week webinar/teleseminar in there too. It builds authority a lot quicker and the viral effect of giving webinars rocks. Only takes an 30 minutes – hour and you can just rehash topics you’ve written articles on.

As you can see this is all about consistency. My latest niche site has been up for 28 days and I had 320 visitors yesterday…that’s without any search engine traffic too. SERPS usually take 3-6 months to kick in then you just have traffic out the Ying Yang.

Things to help you get better results with this system:

Learn how to effectively write articles
Learn how to effectively do keyword research
Learn how to effectively target keywords in articles, videos, podcast descriptions
Learn how to use a website to direct your viewer to your sales funnel (good squeeze page, good video presentation, etc)
Learn how to email market well (All my content sends my viewers to my squeeze page which gets them on my email list…this is the only way I sell things..it might take a week or two longer to get a sale from the visitor but it increases my conversion rate from around 3% to 6%…doubled income)
Learn how to network (guest posts, link swaps, and social marketing platforms can bring you thousands of visitors a day alone when done correctly)
Learn how to position yourself as an authority (the articles, videos, podcasts, webinars, press releases, forum posts all help this a lot…don’t act like a new guy in your industry though)
Don’t be afraid to take a day off (even though this is a 28 day plan, you don’t have to do it in 28 days. You can spread this over 3 months if you want. The results won’t come as quickly, but they will come.)
Okay, that’s enough for me. I haven’t posted about Internet marketing in a while. I think I was getting the shakes. I’ve been working with too many small businesses that aren’t even ready to learn this stuff…guess that’s why they pay me the big bucks to hire someone else to do it .

Today’s Money Making Tip comes from Glen Kirkham

The last time I posted, (maybe 6 months ago), I was literally broke to the point of eviction, pulling my hair out with frustration & just a ball of sheer unhappiness. I wanted to return to posting, after turning years of frustration into money online….. I wanted to share with anyone not making money online, my experience on this epic journey.

Now 6 months down the line, I have a business which creates income absolutely passively (I still pay for outsourcing), I make more money per day from the web than I used to make in a week at my job and I have found time to dedicate to my family and my passion… music and travel.

I want to share with you some rules which have allowed me to become (cue the cliche) “Financially Free”

** RULE 1 **

Stick To One Thing

My habit was clear, I would come on the Warrior Forum, browse around for a few hours per day, reply to posts and really get involved in the community… Never however would I actually do anything with respect to marketing or creating a business online.

The day I started on the road to a ‘severe’ amount of money compared to what I was used to, was the day I stopped wasting time ‘gaining knowledge’, preparing my Arsenal for battle and waiting for the lights to turn green.

I started using Facebook because I heard there was money to be made on social networks and I just started marketing on there and creating landing pages to drive people to…

Here’s the key:

When I wasn’t making any money, I didn’t stop to find something new… I kept on.

Now, a lot of people will say “you need to know when to stop”, “You need to know when to realise things aren’t working”, and I went a good 4 months earning NOTHING… But I noticed something was happening….

** RULE 2 **

Expose And Build Upon Patterns

So I noticed that on facebook and on my landing pages I was getting a certain amount of leads and prospects from certain marketing compared to other places I market to.

Let me be more specific

If I was in the ‘guitar playing’ niche and I was marketing to all sorts of different guitar players, I may notice that, for example, I was getting more leads from people wanting to know how to play electric guitar, or wanting to know about chords as opposed to lead guitar.

The point is, if you can spot a trend in your market, you MUST follow the pattern and pursue where people’s interests, and eventually, the money lies.

** RULE 3 **

Internet Marketing Is a numbers Game, I don’t know if you heard me….Internet Marketing Is a numbers Game. Don’t read past this in a hurry…. meditate upon it Internet Marketing Is a numbers Game.

For those of you at the back… This is important. Internet Marketing Is a numbers Game. Once you make a dollar online, there is proof that you are doing something right. Now here’s what happened first time I had a go at IM….

I would start something for as cheaply as possible i.e. make the sites myself, make the graphics myself etc etc and once it made a few dollars, BUT, money didn’t come in straight after, so I gave up, came back to the Warrior Forum and tried something else…

Here’s where the numbers game comes into it.Imagine that your investment into making the foundation was 12 hours (making sites, uploading, FTP, photoshop). And you spend 10 hours marketing (articles, seo, linking etc etc) Forget the 12 hours, that is your investment into your belief in the project…. We have to sow some seeds.. right ?

Now work out how much you made for that 10 hours, usually it won’t be that much… Find out how many people saw your offer, how many people opted in, and how many people bought your offer (Use google analytics for this monitoring).

The game is now to ‘split test’ different ways of advertising and marketing. Change your graphics, change your headlines, change your text…. change everything, one at a time, and monitor what works….

If a headline change brings you a 0.3% increase in optins, Great! use that headline, make another 6 like it and fight them all of against each other…. If you can turn a measly 5% optin into a 38% optin, you will turn your system from a $10,000 machine into an $80,000 machine.

Don’t overlook this… These little numbers matter a great deal !

** RULE 4 **

Don’t Be Afraid To Spend Some Money Okay, this is a biggey… When we start off online, like we mentioned in the previous rule, we try and do everything ourselves.

I’m an idiot musician and yet I sat down and learned html, flash, wordpress, photoshop and lots of stuff I would probably never really need to use hands on, had I focused on building my business rather than working in it

It took me a while to get comfortable with paying money for services online. I didn’t have a massive amount, really, but I began to realise that I need to make an investment into myself and my money making vehicle. I started hiring some staff (which is probably the scariest part of my business life) for only $2 per hour (overseas workers) to work for me on menial tasks.

Once I took the leap and realised that it took someone else 5 minutes to do what used to take me 4 hours, my focus became less about what I can do, and more about how I can manage a team to do these things better, quicker!

When you start running a successful business, you realise that your time is the most valuable asset you own, and your time is best spent BUILDING your business, not copying and pasting meta tag data into your tags….Seriously, let other people do the dirty work…. They’re probably better at it than you are !

I personally use odesk.com for my team of employees, they are amazing people and are an amazing privilege and asset to my company.

** RULE 5 **

THIS AIN’T EASY !

Ok, so we all want the sit on a beach while your ‘passive’ company makes you money thing right ? It’s possible… I’ve just come back from touring around Switzerland with my band for a week and I came home to nearly $3,600 in my Clickbank account… Awesome right ?

The thing is, that Clickbank picture wont tell you the hundreds, if not thousands of hours I’ve spent actually setting this system up. It won’t show you the MANY times this system has broken down and cost me money before it began sailing on it’s own.

You won’t be told how many times I’ve failed trying to create online companies and now seem to be able to do it at will, I don’t say this to gloat, genuinely, I say it because this reward of persistence has allowed me to create a life of abundance. ANYTHING is possible, You can have this online dream… The traffic is there, the products are there, the people and the infrastructure are there for you to succeed online but you have to Stick with it.

IM will throw you some curveballs, your eyes will be bleeding at 5am trying to get it right, but in the long term… ALL is worth it… Enjoy the journey !

How would you like to earn $40 an hour working from home as an article Ghostwriter?

What exactly is a Ghostwriter?

It’s a person who writes articles or books for people who don’t have the time or inclination to do it for themselves.

Hence the person you Ghost write for, will publish the content under their own name as if they were the original author.

How can we get involved and what’s in it for us.?

If you are anything like me, you probably stumbled into article marketing, as you felt it was the “THING TO DO” as an Internet Marketer.

Well, I still believe it is the thing to do, but it is a fairly slow way of producing traffic.

It is said, that within every person – is a book, just waiting to get out.

Instead of waiting for the book to come out, in the short term I would rather make a nice income Ghostwriting for others.
This can only enhance our early Internet Marketing careers by not only building a reputation as a writer of some note, but by also making ourselves an in – demand writer of quality content.

Now notice, I said Quality…

The better you can write, the more in demand you become, as your content will hook the reader to explore the whole article, thus giving them a sense of value.

Once a reader experiences this value, they will look favourably upon any offer being made within the article, thus increasing the click rate to the offer.

Becoming a Ghost writer, writing for other Internet Marketers, can SERIOUSLY increase your income, and set you up with both a great reputation for providing quality content, plus a much needed regular income.

What about pricing ?

This figure will largely depend on

a) What you see as a reasonable hourly income for yourself
b) How FAST you can write an article
c) What the market will pay for a GOOD article.

Now, I know you can outsource article writing to the Far East, and probably find someone on Fiverr to construct a half decent article for $5. However, the only way I would personally sell an article for $5, is if I sold it many times over.
Yes you can make money writing articles this way, also you can add them to a PLR site that sells packs of articles on various HOT Niches.

What Is PLR?

PLR – or Private Label Rights products are generally a product constructed for other people to re-brand themselves and to sell as their own product, i.e ebooks. PLR sites are sites that sell this content to the public and this content can be in the form of article packs or ebooks. It may of course also be video products. you could actually put up a PLR site yourself and do this.

Purchase PLR content or construct it yourself then sell it from your website. Once you build a reputation for selling quality items, you will probably get very busy as there are lots of people in the World today who want quality content, but do not necessarily have the time do it themselves.

SO, you’re NOT a dab hand at writing articles YET? At first – most people aren’t. Very few people are natural article writers. When I first started writing articles, It would take me hours, just to write a 500 word article, now with practice, I can write a good article in about half an hour or less.. To be a good article writer, especially at speed, requires skill – but like all skills, it can be learned.

To be a top quality ghostwriter is going to take practice. Offer up your content for free at first, by offering to be a guest blogger.

This means you look at other peoples blogs and see exactly what it is they are writing about. Choose someone who is offering content in a similar niche to your expertise, then offer to write an article as a quality blog post for them for free…some will say no, some will say yes..

I’m always looking for quality articles on Making Money for my blog…

If your article is good, people will comment on it, thus bringing extra traffic & interest to that blog. Once you have built up a bit of a reputation, approach one or two,
up and coming marketers to write for. Once they have published some of your articles, you can then feel confident enough about promoting your service to some higher profile marketers – in exchange for dollars of course… does this make sense?

Once your business grows, you can charge more than $40 an hour to write content for people. Some people who operate in a similar way to this have more than doubled this figure..

How to turn a FIVERR into Ten Bux!

After yesterday’s mammoth tip on “How NOT to Win Friends, Influence People, or Make any Money on FACEBOOK”!
I decided to make today’s tip a lot less intense. None the less for saying that, it is still an EXPLOSIVE Tip ?

What is outsourcing?. It’s where you can get those jobs you may not want to do, or may not be able to do, done by a worker in either your own or another country.

People who have perhaps different skills from you can do such time consuming things for you, like write articles for your blog, make a video ,set up your WordPress blog etc, etc.

Now, you may have heard of Fiverr by now, where you can get a huge range of tasks outsourced for just $5.

But, have you heard of Ten Bux. This is similar to Fiverr, but people on Ten Bux, will offer to do tasks for either $5 or $10, depending on the task (or Gig as it is called).

Here are some of the Gigs available today on there:

I will create a super SEO friendly website, with free hosting for life – $10
I will write 2 original 455+ word articles for $5
I will produce a 30 to 40 second, HD product video with custom branding and optional voice-over for $10

Now if all this good outsourcing wasn’t enough, I just had to include a very CHEEKY money making tip here. Why not check out Fiverr, find some Great $5 Gigs, have a word with the vendor of these services, and deal direct with that person. This way, they won’t have to give 25% commission to Fiverr. Then you advertise their Gig, through you with your details on Ten Bux for $10. To place an ad is FREE, so all you have to do is pass the gig on to the Fiverr vendor and pocket the rest..Now you will have to pay Ten Bux a commission on sale, but even if it was $2, you still make 30%.

I think this idea is probably best suited for students, or teenagers but the general use of Fiverr & Ten Bux for outsourcing is a wonderful source for any Internet Marketers looking to save money.
