I am always glad to have people who need my help - I truly am. Most people who I speak to on Skype or who contact me through Facebook have some sort of plan to get their business off the ground. However I do get quite a few messages from people who just “want my help” to get “them” started and when I ask – “what have you done so far to get started” – several reply, NOTHING?

Now, I will help anyone but my answer to those people used to be – OK, you get started and let me know how it’s going and I’ll help you along the way, however, recently I have started to take a whole different outlook on my attitude to online coaching and now my question is – Sure, I’ll help you – WHO are you going to help?

Why have I changed my stance? - well those of you who know me, will know that on Monday of this week, my best friend Merril Browell was buried in Southport, Lancashire.

She was only 31 and she died of pneumonia. At her funeral, every tribute spoke about how she helped people. She would give her last £5 to a child in need, She would buy lunch for a homeless man, she would buy people a lottery ticket and send it to them, just to try and change their luck. She had very little money but what little she did have she would give to people in need. She was a selfless person and her main motivation in life was to make sure “other people” were always OK..

Now, when our time is up and we are no more, and we are lying in that Church – what will people say about us? It won’t be – yes, he was a GREAT Millionaire, yes she had a WONDERFUL big house, – It will be WHAT you have done with your life… In other words, WHAT you have done for other people.

OK, some people have a hard time relating helping others, with building a successful online business. The FACT of the matter is, you will have a HARD TIME building an online business if you DON’T help others… WHY? – because people act favourably if they LIKE you. And people LIKE people who HELP them…

Here’s a COLD hard fact… 95% of people who BUY my affiliate products – are KNOWN to me… In other words, they are either a SKYPE or FACEBOOK friend…some of these people BUY several products from me – I’m not saying this to BOAST… but WHY do you think this is?

It’s because they KNOW, I will HELP them…they TRUST me to give them good advice – you BUILD trust by HELPING people

BUT don’t do it for what you can GET… do it because you WANT to – helping people is INFECTIOUS.

When you HELP people, people see you in a different light… they no longer see you as a SOULESS online STRANGER.

Now, I can hear you saying – “I’m NEW – what do I know? How can I help anyone? – SIMPLE…

“Instead of just learning how YOU can SELL STUFF! and make YOU Money… Go figure out some stuff for FREE and show others how to do it…

1) Learn how to build a FAN page on Facebook then help others how to do it, and HELP them get TRAFFIC

2) Learn how to build a WordPress Blog and show others for FREE

I could go on and on – but I think you get my point… It’s all about ATTRACTION – what is it that makes you ATTRACT others?

Helping them is very ATTRACTIVE…. in fact, it is at the absolute CORE of any successful online business TODAY..

Everyone starts the learning process differently. Some people learn how to get TRAFFIC, some people start off learning how to make a WEBSITE… whatever little you DO know.. SHARE it with someone else who DOESN’T Know….. If you know how to write ARTICLES… find someone who SUCKS at it and HELP them… you will make a FRIEND for life, that FRIEND will remember you ALWAYS… if you MULTIPLY this a hundred times,… It will not be long before your business will GROW, you will GROW.

I know you probably know this already, but Zig Ziglar hit the nail on the head when he said: – “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want”

SO… Can’t get Started?, Business not going well? – then HELP someone TODAY and watch the MAGIC Grow!
